Lindsay Lohan's Attorney Pleads "Not Guilty" to Probation Violation

Yesterday (January 14), reports surfaced that Lindsay Lohan fired her attorney Shawn Holley, but that proved false after today’s (January 15) court hearing in Los Angeles.
Although the “Mean Girls” star was absent, Shawn pleaded not guilty to violating probation on her client’s behalf.

After the plea, the judge said that Lindsay’s probation violation hearing is set for January 30. The 36-year-old actress faces three misdemeanor counts involving her crash on Pacific Coast Highway back in June.
Lindsay is also being represented by Mark Heller in New York and during the hearing Holley told the judge, “the representation issue will be nailed down."
