Lindsay Lohan’s Nightclub Case Delayed

The latest chapter of Lindsay Lohan's legal woes looks like it may be better than she originally thought- her Manhattan nightclub fight case has already been delayed.
According to a report, the paperwork isn’t even done yet and Office of Court Administration spokesman
David Bookstaver confirmed that the prosecution is still trying to gather evidence through a continuing investigation.

Meanwhile, LiLo’s attorney Mark Jay Heller has stated that he doubts there will even be a case against the “Georgia Rule” actress for allegedly punching Tiffany Mitchell on November 29th at the Avenue nightclub.
Heller also noted that Lohan was the “victim of someone trying to capture their 15 minutes of fame.”
