Though he's starred in big name movies for years, Terrence Howard is finding it hard to pay his bills.
Last month, American Express sued the "Hustle & Flow" star for an unpaid balance of $33,474.79, according to court documents.
The Complaint filed in the Los Angeles Superior
Court on November 30th has charges against the actor individually, as
well as his company, Al Chemist Productions Incorporated.
American Express is also seeking ten percent interest from the date the suit was filed. Mr. Howard's attorneys have yet to file an answer.
