Taking care of her holiday to-do list, Jessica Szohr headed out in Hollywood for some Christmas shopping yesterday afternoon (December 20).
The brunette beauty showed up at Kitson boutique to comb the racks and browse the wares for the lucky folks on her gift exchange.
