David Beckham shows off his buff arms before a workout class on Thursday morning (April 9) in Brentwood, Calif.
The 39-year-old former soccer star fit in an intense spinning class at his favorite spot, SoulCycle, before heading home.
That same day, David spent some quality time with his wife Victoria and their adorable dog Coco.
