The newly-single “Who Says” songstress looked amazing in a cleavage-bearing turquoise Alberta Ferretti dress as she hammed it up with Chelsea Handler outside the Chateau Marmont.
And the Ferretti/Vogue shindig was a welcome distraction for Selena who split with Justin Bieber again over the holidays.
