Honoring the best in both television and film, the 70th Annual Golden Globes started with a bang on the stage of the Beverly Hilton Hotel on Sunday evening (January 13).
Amy Poehler and Tina Fey co-hosted the night and provided hilarious commentary, while celebrity presenters like George Clooney, Robert Pattinson, Kristen Wiig, Nathan Fillion, Jeremy Renner, Amanda Seyfried, and Jennifer Lopez passed out the all-important awards.
The big winners of the night included Daniel Day-Lewis with Best Actor in a Drama and Jessica Chastain with Best Actress in a Drama, along with Hugh Jackman and Jennifer Lawrence taking home the awards for Best Actor and Actress in a comedy, respectively.
Small screen stars also took the stage with Damian Lewis and Lena Dunham winning Best Actor and Best Actress in a TV Series Comedy.
In addition, Best Director Ben Affleck's "Argo" took home the coveted award for Best Picture - Drama.
