After picking up a cup of coffee from Starbucks, Miley Cyrus took her dog for a walk in Philadelphia, PA this afternoon (December 18).
The 20-year-old singer bundled up with a black scarf around her head and a big green coat as she and Floyd walked around a local park.
Miss Cyrus is in town to visit her fiancé Liam Hemsworth while he films “Paranoia.” During her down time, Miley’s been catching up on a few flicks.
