Pardon me: Mark Wahlberg went out for lunch in Beverly Hills as it was reported that the petition he's submitted for a pardon of a criminal conviction as a teen has still not been reviewed by Massachusetts officials

The day before, the 43-year-old actor showed off his buff muscles while hitting the gym with a group of friends in Los Angeles.
It was recently announced that Mark is still waiting for a pardon for his assault and battery and drug possession conviction after he attacked two men at the age of 16.
“His petition is pending,” Charlene Bonner, chair of the Parole Board,shared in a statement.
