David Beckham shows off his tattooed arms while hitting a Soul Cycle workout on Thursday (April 2) in Brentwood, Calif.
The 39-year-old retired soccer star is reportedly planning to add air conditioning to his $46.5 million London home with wife Victoria Beckham.
However, one of his neighbors isn’t happy about the addition and wrote in a letter, “The council must identified (sic) our deep concerns about all adverse impacts on living conditions from noise, vibration, dirt, pollution and dust from construction and from associated traffic, in addition to concerns about impacts on drainage, on appearance and landscape, on structural stability, and on historic buildings.”
