Stefanie Scott is stunning in a short red dress while hanging out on Friday afternoon (December 28) in New York City.
The 15-year-old A.N.T. Farm actress did some sight seeing near Central Park and stopped to feed a carriage horse.
The day before, Stefanie visited the top of the Empire State Building in the snow and went to see Annie on Broadway.
