2013 did not get off to a good start for Josh Brolin, as the actor was arrested for public intoxication on New Year’s Day.
According to reports from TMZ, the 44-year-old “Men in Black” star was busted just before midnight January 1 in Santa Monica.
Brolin was booked at 3:02 AM and released just after 7:00 AM after posting $250 bail.
He was not given a citation for the arrest and will not have to go to court for the matter.
