He’s sold millions of albums and sold out thousands of concerts, and now Jay-Z is trying his hand at scoring a movie.
The “Ni**as in Paris” rapper will co-write the original musical score to “The Great Gatsby,” along with producer/songwriter The Bullitts.
Earlier this week, The Bullitts tweeted, "Jay-Z
and myself have been working tirelessly on the score for the upcoming
#CLASSIC The Great Gatsby! It is too DOPE for words!"
Furthermore, Jay’s collaboration with Kanye West “No Church in the Wild” is featured in “Gatsby’s” new trailer! The film hits theaters May 10th.
