Melanie Stryder, who is infected with a parasitic alien and instead of
taking over the Earth, forms a bond with her host and sets out to aid
other humans.
Joining Ms. Kruger in the Andrew Niccol-directed movie are Saoirse Ronan , Jake Abel, Max Irons, William Hurt, and Frances Fisher. "The Host" hits theaters on March 29th.
