The “Waiting for Tonight” songstress had filed a countersuit against Manoukian for supposedly demanding she fork over $2.8 million in order to keep him quiet about some sensitive issues.
Hakob made the initial legal action, suing J. Lo
for wrongful termination and breach of contract after her manager Benny
Medina verbally assaulted him and stripped him of some of his duties.
And in the end Manoukian’s legal team won out, getting Lopez’s lawsuit tossed. The original filing by Hakob is still in play.
